This high level ensemble exists of choir members that finished Musicanti Children's Choir, but is also open to singers who have a good level to join. The ensemble made a name for itself with the performances of contemporary repertoire.

WHAT IS CANTAMARE?
Cantamare Vocal Ensemble is the youth ensemble of the Academy of Vocal Arts. A select group young adults from 16 years and older sing diverse repertoire at a high level. Cantamare sings repertoire from all periods and strives to the highest level possible. Many international students that love to sing classical music, have found their way to Cantamare in the past.
Cantamare performs regularly here and abroad. The choir went on concert trips over the past years to Hungary, Belgium and France. Also, the choir is part of ACVA VOCES, with which it performed the Passion motets from Poulenc and the Mozart Requiem in 2022.
Cantamare Vocal Ensemble is led by Daniëlle van Lieshout.
